DOOR Application With Circle, FiVerse, Risedle, And Saison Capital Collaborating Presents BUIDLRS 'Web3 Sunset Gathering'

JAKARTA - In the midst of the largest crypto festival in Indonesia Coinfest Asia 2023, the PINTU application celebrates Coinfest Week by presenting Web3 Sunset Gathering BUIDLRS for developers and Web3 investors.

The BUIDLRS event this time carries the theme Accelerating Web3 Mass Operation in Southeast Asia (SEA) located in Akua de Bilbao, Jimbaran, Bali. This activity is a collaboration between the DOOR and Circle, Saison Capital, FiVerse, and Risedle.

Jonathan Hartono, Head of Community PINTU, revealed that the BUIDLRS event was the third after being held twice in Jakarta.

"BUILDRS this time can be held thanks to the support of sponsors. This event was attended by more than 200 participants from 20 different countries by carrying discussion topics about Web3 and crypto technology. sponsors assess that Indonesia is an attractive market because the population is large and the economy is strong," he said in a written statement, Thursday, August 31.

In the midst of a global economic slowdown, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Indonesia recorded that Indonesia's economy grew 5.17 percent year-on-year (YoY) in the second quarter of 2023. In the first quarter of 2023, Indonesia's economy was previously at 5.04 percent. In terms of population, Indonesia is said to have entered the demographic bonus era with 69 percent of Indonesians in the category of productive age population.

"In terms of the economy, it is very strong and in terms of human resources (HR) it is also abundant. Of course these factors cannot be ignored that Indonesia has high attraction. Based on a report from Research and Market, Web3 growth in Southeast Asia is predicted to grow by 50.2 percent combined annual growth rate (CAGR) in the 2022-2030 period. The value of the Web3 market in Southeast Asia is estimated to be US$6.4 billion in 2030.
