LMAN Achieves IDR 2.1 Trillion PNBP Until August 2023, Equivalent To Middle Class SOEs

JAKARTA - President Director of the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) Basuki Purwadi said the total Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) collected until August 25, 2023 reached IDR 2.1 trillion.

Basuki explained that this amount was obtained from the management of 299 state assets.

"Of that number, 106 assets have been optimized or equivalent to 36 percent of the total," he said during a press briefing today in Jakarta, Monday, August 28.

Basuki detailed that of the 106 assets, there were 50 apartments and 56 non-participants.

"The number of PNBPs that have been achieved by LMAN may be equivalent to middle-class SOEs," he said.

Basuki also explained that his leadership agency focuses on land procurement/payment for the National Strategic Project (PSN). It was stated that since its establishment in 2015, LMAN has received a work mandate from the government of Rp. 144.46 trillion.

"The amount that has been realized until August 2023 is IDR 116 trillion, and it all comes from the APBN," he said.

As for IKN, the institution under the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) has disbursed IDR 723.78 billion in recent years.
