BP Tapera Ready To Distribute IDR 12.12 Trillion Aid Funds For Subsidized Houses In Semester II 2023

JAKARTA - The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) is ready to distribute 111,591 housing subsidized housing assistance funds for the community or IDR 12.12 trillion in Semester II this year.

"Semester 2 of 2023, BP Tapera is ready to distribute funds for subsidized housing assistance of 111,591 housing units worth Rp12.12 trillion," said BP Tapera Commissioner Adi Setianto in his statement in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Monday 14 August.

Adi added that the total funds consisted of 102,773 housing financing liquidity (FLPP) funds worth Rp11.02 trillion and 8,818 housing housing subsidies financing funds worth Rp1.1 trillion.

"This can be optimized by BP Tapera through strategic partners, namely Bank Pengyalur and Pengembang in order to increase the distribution of housing financing," he said.

Adi Setianto is optimistic that BP Tapera can achieve the FLPP distribution target of 229,000 units or Rp. 25.18 trillion, and other subsidized housing financing funds of 12,072 units or Rp. 1.5 trillion this year.
