PGN Ensures Earth Gas Supply Is Safe And Smooth During Eid Al-Adha Long Holiday 1444 H

JAKARTA - PT PGN Tbk, as the Gas Subholding of PT Pertamina (Persero), ensures the availability and supply of natural gas for the community in a safe condition during the long holiday of Eid al-Adha 1444 H.PGN Director of Sales and Operations Faris Aziz in his statement in Jakarta, Wednesday 28 June said PGN together with its children and the company's affiliates are committed to maintaining the security of natural gas both pipelines and non-pipes along with all supporting infrastructure. He explained that the current supply of natural gas is sufficient to meet the needs of customers, both households, small/MSME customers, power generation, industry and commercial, and transportation in various regions. PGN supply currently meets natural gas needs of up to 867 BBTUD. Operational activities in oil transportation are also under safe conditions, which can transport 184.503 BOPDs. "PGN guarantees the reliability of distribution to support the activities of household customers celebrating Eid al-Adha and alert to serve the community in the event of constraints on the use of natural gas. PGN also maintains the reliability of gas distribution for industrial operations, PLN power generation, and transportation," said Faris. The number of household customers is the largest PGN customer, namely 837.783 house connections (SR) and spread across 73 cities/districts in 17 provinces. In total, natural gas absorption in the household sector reaches 11 BBTUD. Meanwhile, for industrial customers, currently, PGN serves as many as 2,925 customers and 1,926 small/UMKM customers. PGN Group utilizes supply from many sources and is utilized using infrastructure, which is actively used at 25,850 km gas pipeline networks, 13 SPBG, 4 MRU, and 3 LNG terminals.

Di sisi lain, kami siaga agar jika terjadi potensi gangguan dapat segera ditangani," jelas Faris.Saat ini, nomor aduan sehubungan gas bumi PGN Group telah terintegrasi dengan Pertamina Call Center di nomor 135 aktif 24 jam untuk dihubungi apabila masyarakat membutuhkan bantuan.Faris menambahkan PGN menjaga performa agar seluruh kebutuhan gas terpenuhi, serta operasional penyaluran gas bumi berjalan dengan normal dan aman selama libur panjang Idul Adha 2023.
