The tickets sold were for train departures in the period 12 to 1 May 2023.
VP of Public Relations Joni Martinus said tickets that had been sold were 34 percent of the total tickets provided as many as 2,424,715 tickets.

Joni revealed that the period before Lebaran was dominated by passengers from the West (Jakarta or Bandung) towards the East (Central Java and East Java).
"For the period after Lebaran, passengers from the East (Central Java or East Java) are dominated towards the West (Jakarta or Bandung)," he said.
Meanwhile, based on the date of departure, the favorite trains were ordered, including April 20, 2023 as much as 59 percent; April 21, 2023 as much as 56 percent and April 19, 2023 as much as 50 percent.
"If the desired ticket runs out, the customer can select an alternative date or take advantage of the Connecting Train feature in the KAI Access application which will help provide travel options by combining a connecting train schedule," he said.
