JAKARTA - Indonesian Minister of Transportation (Menhub) Budi Karya Sumadi and Guinea's Minister of Transportation Felix Lamah signed a "petter of intent" (Loi) as the first step in the commitment of the two countries to explore cooperation in the aviation sector.
