KUPANG - Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono inspected the ASN BPKP flats (Rusun) in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), which have been completed and inhabited since they were inaugurated in July 2022.
