FFB And CPO Prices In Jambi Decrease

JAKARTA - The price of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) for crude palm oil (CPO) in Jambi Province has again decreased for the period 16-22 September 2022.

"The results of the TBS pricing meeting by the Jambi Provincial Plantation Service together with businessmen and representatives of the association of oil palm farmers, set the price of TBS aged 10-20 years, which slightly decreased from IDR 2,413 to IDR 2,397 per kilogram", said Head of the Jambi Province Plantation Service, Agus Rizal, Saturday, September 17.

This meeting also determined that the price of CPO fell by IDR 85 from IDR 10,606 to IDR 10,521 per kilogram, while the price of palm oil increased by IDR 6,220 to IDR 6,246 per kilogram.

"We continue to monitor and coordinate with related parties regarding the price of TBS so that palm oil plants can be applied in the regions", said Agus Rizal.

The price of TBS itself varies depending on the age of a variety of planting times. Then this price also applies to oil palm farmers who have partnered with palm oil factories.

The following is the complete information on the price of FFB in Jambi for the three-year planting age TBS set for this period is IDR 1,883 per kilogram, four years planting age IDR 1,999 per kilogram, five years planting age IDR 2,092 per kilogram, six years planting age IDR 2,180 per kilogram, and seven years planting age IDR 2,236 per kilogram.

Then for the planting age of eight years worth IDR 2,282 per kilogram, the age of planting 9 years IDR 2,328 per kilogram, the age of planting 10 to 20 years IDR 2,397 per kilogram, the age of 21 to 24 years IDR 2,323 per kilogram, and above 25 years IDR 2,214 per kilogram.
