Jasmin explained that Bank BTN has various Home Ownership Credit (KPR) schemes that can be utilized by UGM millennial lecturers, including mortgage facilities for millennials with a credit period of up to 30 years and an advance of 1 percent.
Bank BTN, continued Jasmin, also has a Subsidy mortgage program with only 5 percent interest for lecturers with salaries below Rp. 8 million.
"This subsidized mortgage program from the government allows lecturers to own a house by disbursing only about one million rupiah per month," said Jasmin.
Not only providing housing, Jasmin said Bank BTN would also open opportunities for UGM students and lecturers to internships at the company.
