JAKARTA - The taxi company owned by Purnomo Prawiro conglomerate, PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) and resulted in the approval of dividend distribution of IDR 150.12 billion.

The President Commissioner of PT Blue Bird Tbk, Noni Sri Ayati said that the AGMS determined the distribution of cash dividends from a portion of the Company's retained earnings that had not yet been determined for the financial year ending December 31, 2021.

"Dividends of IDR 150,126,000,000 (6.72 percent of all retained earnings) which will be implemented on July 22, 2022. The rest will be recorded as retained earnings which have not yet been determined," said Noni in a statement quoted on Tuesday, June 28.
