Erick Thohir Appoints Indah Anggoro Putri As Jasindo's New Commissioner To Replace Agustina Arumsari

JAKARTA - The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises changes the commissioners of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo). Indah Anggoro Putri was officially appointed as the new Commissioner of Jasindo replacing Agustina Arumsari.

IFG Corporate Secretary, Beko Setiawan said the dismissal and appointment of members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia were contained in a copy of the Decree (SK) of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK-113/MBU/04/2022 and the President Director of the Company (Persero) PT. Indonesian Business Development Materials Number: 005/KepSir-PS/BPUI/IV/2022 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia.

Thus, the latest composition of Jasindo's Board of Commissioners is:

Ngalim Sawego: President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner

Ahmad Fuad Rahmany: Independent Commissioner

Lathifah Shohib: Independent Commissioner

Adi Suryanto: Commissioner

Indah Anggoro Putri: Commissioner

"We thank you for the dedication and contribution of Mrs. Agustina Arumsari to Jasindo. On this occasion, we also welcome Mrs. Indah Anggoro Putri to the composition of Jasindo's Board of Commissioners", said Beko Setiawan in a written statement, Saturday, April 30.

He hopes that this change in composition can improve the performance of Jasindo, as part of IFG, in responding to market needs, increasing competitiveness, and making a sustainable contribution to the insurance industry in Indonesia.
