Performance Above The National Banking Average Is The Reason For Bank DKI To Enter The Top 20 Banks In Indonesia According To Forbes

JAKARTA - Bank DKI, a bank owned by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, is included in the list of the 20 Best Banks in Indonesia as well as being included in the ranks of the World's Best Banks or the World's Best Bank in 2022 according to Forbes Magazine. This is due to the growth in financial performance that is above the national banking industry average and various breakthroughs in digital banking service innovations carried out by Bank DKI.

This was conveyed by the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, Herry Djufraini in his written statement, Saturday, April 16. The awarding of The World's Best Banks title for Bank DKI refers to the results of a survey conducted on more than 45 thousand consumers in 27 countries. Banks are assessed based on the level of consumer satisfaction related to trust, digital services to financial advice.

"This achievement is a passion for us to continue to present digital banking products and services that are able to answer the banking needs of Bank DKI customers and business partners," said Herry.

In terms of digital banking services, Bank DKI continues to provide digital ecosystem services or e-channels through JakOne Community Apps. to accommodate the changing behavior of customers and the public who are increasingly moving towards digital services. JakOne Community Apps is a digital banking service to encourage the implementation of financial inclusion and through the development of digital products and services.

The JakOne Community Apps itself consists of JakOne Mobile, JakOne Abank, JakOne Erte, JakOne Artri, and Ancol Apps. The latest, Bank DKI presents a Cardless Mobile Cash Withdrawal Service and a Cash Recycle Machine.

In the future, Bank DKI will continue to innovate digital banking services such as JakOne Pay and JakSchool as Bank DKI's efforts to continue to strengthen digital banking services to various communities in DKI Jakarta and complement the JakOne Community Apps that are currently available.

Bank DKI will also launch JakOne Abank Mobile with the aim of encouraging the implementation of financial inclusion and expanding payment acceptance to MSME players in DKI Jakarta and its surroundings.
