Facilitate Home Ownership, BRI Holds Mortgage Contracts At The Housing Exhibition

JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk makes it easy to apply for housing loans (KPR) at the Breilian Expo housing exhibition in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. He explained that in the collaborative housing exhibition of BRI Kupang and Real Estate Indonesia (REI) NTT, there were 74 applications for mortgages given by consumers.

Of this amount, BRI has disbursed mortgages for 30 people on Friday afternoon, while 44 others are waiting for next week. "Our contract is carried out directly at the exhibition location so that consumers believe that BRI's services in supporting home ownership financing are really serious," said BRI Kupang Branch Manager Stefanus Juarto as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, April 9.

The exhibition which took place from March 31 to April 10, 2022 at Lippo Mall Kupang involved 14 housing developers in NTT with housing locations spread across the NTT area.

He said the exhibition aims to provide an understanding of livable housing to all NTT people, especially those in Kupang City. In addition, there is a housing offer with a target of selling 500 houses in 2022. Consumers can also immediately make credit contracts at the location because BRI provides fast and convenient service for customers.

Stefanus said the value of the house offered varied, depending on the location, area, and type of house. If the target is to sell 500 houses this year at a price of Rp. 150 million per house, then the total financing target is Rp. 75 billion.

He also invited the public to take advantage of this opportunity because the housing facilities offered were in accordance with government programs.

"REI and BRI strongly support the government's program in providing affordable housing," he said.
