BCA Prepares IDR 58 Trillion During Ramadan And Eid, Says The Son Of Conglomerate Robert Budi Hartono

JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) facilitated the availability of cash by collaborating with Bank Indonesia in the Ramadan Veranda of Rupiah. This is a Bank Indonesia program to provide Rupiah currency needs during Ramadan.

Deputy President Director of BCA Armand W. Hartono said that anticipating the increase in public demand for cash to meet needs during Ramadan to Eid, this year BCA provided cash of IDR 58.12 trillion, an increase of 7 percent from 2021.

"BCA as a national banking person also supports government programs, especially Bank Indonesia to facilitate cash needs for the Indonesian people. We support this program by participating in providing money exchange services that can be done at branch offices or mobile cash cars as well as adding cash availability to serve the community in the month of Ramadan," said Armand in a written statement to VOI, April 5.

Furthermore, the son of conglomerate Robert Budi Hartono revealed that the Rupiah currency exchange service at bank branch offices will run from April 4 - 29, 2022. For the Jabodetabek area, BCA mobile cash cars will provide small money exchange facilities at the Kampung Rambutan terminal, Jakarta, starting on 18 - 29 April 2022.

"BCA also appeals to all customers who wish to exchange money to participate in maintaining health protocols by continuing to wear masks and maintain distance," he continued.

Although space for movement is still limited, BCA remains loyal to providing #BankingFromHome services through BCA electronic banking channels such as BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), as well as access to 18,034 BCA ATM networks.

"Hopefully this cash exchange service can be utilized optimally by all customers and the people of Indonesia. We also hope that the national economy in this month of Ramadan will gradually recover to normal by moving people's purchasing power," concluded Armand.
