JAKARTA - In recent days, Kaji Edan's name has gone viral on social media. The figure, known as Onny Hendro Adiaksono, is suspected to be the person behind the wealth of Crazy Rich Malang, Gilang Widya Pramana aka Juragan99.

The viral name Kaji Edan was motivated by the upload of Nikita Mirzani's Instastory who questioned where Juragan99's wealth came from. The celebrity who is usually called Nyai admitted that she was surprised how quickly Gilang Widya Pramana achieved business success.

"People can be rich in less than 5 years. With expenses 20 times their income? Not to mention the spending, the show off, paying for the BA and so on."

"When we talk about the benefits of skincare, slim and all beauty products, I have a concrete count because I also do business there," wrote Nikita on Instagram @nikitamirzanimawardi_172.

Nikita also questions the origin of the money. He even mentioned money laundering and pesugihan.

"The question is, where does the luxury money shown on social media come from? Is it laundry money or from the genie of Bantar Gebang? What is laundry money? It's people's money."

Even Nikita nudged about YouTube. According to him, YouTube's income is not much, and not to mention that the figures of Gilang and Shandy Purnamasari are not artists who must be shown daily.

"What's even funnier, he said, is the sultan. There are lots of cars, luxury houses, RM watches that have a lot of seeds, 1 has PJ. But you still have time to make YouTube. You don't have much money on YouTube. And you guys are not artists (emoji) You have to really given a look at his daily life? What's going on, please tell me."

Nikita then describes the expenses that should be incurred.

"Take a count. How many factories did you build? How much does the building cost? How many PJs? How many helicopters? How many banks? How many clusters did you make? How many luxury cars did you buy? How many luxury bags? How much for luxury hands? How much do you pay for BA? And many more hahahahaha."

This Instastory upload was finally answered by the Twitter account owner @XIXdgmbxXIX. According to him, Juragan99's wealth comes from Kaji Edan alias Onny Hendro Adiaksono.

"If you want to know where the money comes from, Juragan 99. You ask Kaji Edan. Private Jet 99 is in the name of Kaji Edan," wrote @XIXdgmkXIX.

VOI also tried to trace Kaji Edan's track record. It was found that Onny Hendro Adiaksono alias Kaji Edan was a businessman who once owned a fairly large 19 percent stake in a property company, namely PT Pekanbaru Permai Propertindo (PPP).

However, the ownership of 19 percent of the shares in PPP was eventually taken over by PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) as the controller. Launching information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, PPRO officially holds 100 percent of PPP shares as of August 2, 2021.

"That after making the adjustment to the paid-in capital as contained in point 1 above, PT PP Properti Tbk as the shareholder of 72 percent of PPP shares hereby purchases PPP shares of 28 percent owned by other shareholders," wrote PPRO management.

It has two transactions, the purchase of PPRO from PT Dwimatra Mandiri as many as 5,920,894,155 shares or the equivalent of 9 percent share ownership in PPP, with a nominal transaction of Rp. 3.49 billion.

"The purchase of shares of H. Ir. Onny Hendro Adiaksono as many as 12,732,639,711 shares or the equivalent of 19 percent share ownership from PPP with a nominal transaction of Rp.7.50 billion," the company wrote.

With the transaction carried out by the company, PPRO is currently the controlling shareholder of PPP with 100 percent share ownership. The source of funds used by PT PP Properti Tbk is the company's cash.

The purpose of this transaction is to expand the PPP landbank in Pekanbaru, Riau for the development of business units according to current market needs.

The second thing is to optimize the hotel business (hospitality) which is currently being run by PPP and is one of PPRO's business lines.

The takeover of PPP shares by PT Properti Tbk is recorded in the company's books, will be consolidated with the financial statements of PT PP Properti Tbk. In addition, it also expands the business development of PT Properti Tbk in the residential and hospitality fields.
