BCA Earns IDR 31.4 Trillion Profit In 2021, Soars 15.8 Percent

JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) aka BCA posted a net profit of IDR 31.4 trillion throughout 2021. This profit grew 15.8 percent on an annual basis.

In terms of lending, BCA's total credit rose 8.2 percent YoY to IDR 637 trillion in December 2021, higher than the 6 percent growth target. Overall, total third-party funds rose 16.1 percent YoY to IDR 975.9 trillion, which also pushed BCA's total assets up 14.2 percent YoY to IDR 1,228.3 trillion. Solid funding is supported by customer trust as well as ease and reliability of transactions in developing a transaction banking platform.

BCA is strengthening the expansion of the digital ecosystem through collaboration with strategic partners and carrying out various digital service innovations.
