Jasa Marga Revamped The Composition Of The Board Of Directors After Erick Thohir Transferred Donny Arsal To Semen Indonesia

JAKARTA - The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT Jasa Marga Tbk has approved the appointment of Ade Wahyu as Director of Finance and Risk Management to replace Donny Arsal. Meanwhile, Donny Arsal himself received a new mandate from SOE Minister Erick Thohir as President Director of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk last Tuesday.

Then, this toll road issuer also appointed Reza Febriano as Business Director and Bagus Cahya Arinta as Human Capital and Transformation Director.

"The company has transferred the duties of Mohamad Agus Setiawan, who originally served as Director of Business, to Director of Business Development," said Jasa Marga's Corporate Communication and Community Development Group Head Dwimawan Heru in a press statement.

This EGMS also decided to honorably release Enkky Sasono Anas Wijaya from his position as Director of Human Capital and Transformation and Arsal Ismail from Director of Business Development.
