Ministers Scheduled To Review Free Nutrition Food January 6

JAKARTA - A number of ministers of the Red and White Cabinet are scheduled to directly inspect public kitchens and schools on the first day of the Free Nutrition Food (MBG) program simultaneously held in various parts of Indonesia today.

Head of the Presidential Communication Office (PCO) Hasan Nasbi said the ministers would review the implementation of Free Nutrition Food around the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek) areas, then in Karawang, and Bandung.

"To support the hard work of BGN (National Nutrition Agency), which has prepared this program as well as possible as an initial marker of the implementation of a free nutritious eating program, several Cabinet members will also be present at several points," Hasan Nasbi said in his official statement broadcast in Jakarta, Antara, Sunday, January 5.

From various information compiled by ANTARA, the Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs (Menkomdigi) Meutya Hafid is scheduled to review the implementation of free nutritious meals at SDN Cilangkap 5 Depok, Depok City, West Java; and at SDN Cilangkap 3 Depok, Depok City, West Java.

Then, the Minister of Cooperatives Budi Arie Setiadi is scheduled to directly check the public kitchen for free nutritious food in the Halim Perdanakusuma area, East Jakarta, as well as the implementation of MBG at SD 05 Halim, Halim Perdanakusuma.

PCO head Hasan Nasbi on Monday at 07.30 WIB is scheduled to inspect the public kitchen of the Tanah Sareal Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG), Bogor City, West Java at Denpal III/Bogor Field.

The implementation of free nutritious meals on Monday was also directly escorted by the ranks of deputy ministers, including Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Bima Arya Sugiarto on Monday at 09.00 WIB scheduled to visit SPPG Bina Insani and Bosowa Bina Insani School in Bogor City.

At SPPG Palmerah, Jakarta, Monday at 10.30 WIB, Deputy Minister of Social Affairs Agus Jabo also went directly to review the implementation of free nutritious meals, meanwhile Deputy Population Minister Isyana Bagoes Oka and Deputy Minister of Basic and Secondary Education Atip Latipulhayat are scheduled to check the implementation of MBG at SPPG Bojong Koneng in Karawang.
