This commitment was realized by signing a memorandum of understanding with the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) in the Human Resources and Professional Skills Development Program.

“The signing of this memorandum of understanding aims to realize cooperation in the field of increasing the competitiveness of FEB UGM students and students in meeting the needs of the world of work through internship programs, apprenticeships and other professional development programs. Taspen also hopes to collaborate with FEB UGM as one of the best universities in Indonesia for professional human capital development in the Taspen Group," added Kosasih.

Kosasih hopes that these collaborative programs can improve the quality of Taspen's human capital and the Academic Community of FEB UGM to advance the professional world and education in Indonesia.

Meanwhile, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM, Didi Achjari, said that he gave Taspen the highest appreciation for the signing.

Through this memorandum of understanding, Taspen and Gadjah Mada University agreed on a synergy of cooperation in the form of internship and apprenticeship programs, Transfer of Old Age Savings, opportunities to provide references and knowledge-based training to human beings, especially in the field of human resources.

Through this collaboration, Gajah Mada University also has Taspen to improve the ability of Taspen people in sustainable business processes.
