"The number is that all provinces get one, including one State Capital Authority (OIKN) Nusantara and several special directions, Mr. President," said Kasetpres Heru Budi Hartono at a press conference at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Friday (14/6/2024).

The type of sacrificial cow chosen by the former Mayor of Solo has always been a concern for the mass media. Based on the search, Jokowi had sacrificed brahman cattle in 2023, ongole cattle in 2021, and limousine cattle which are often options, including for the 2024 Eid al-Adha sacrifice.

Of the total 68 cows, three cows belonging to farmers in the city of Bandung were selected as one of President Jokowi's sacrificial animals this year. Simmental cattle and limousines weigh around 1.2 tons at a price of Rp. 100 million and are selected through strict selection until they are declared feasible.

In addition, limousine cows also have an advantage over the high level of fertility. In the book of the Nation of Cows, Panjono revealed that limousine cattle are cows with a posture that is perfect for beef cattle. When it was just born, limousine cows had almost the same weight as other types of cows, namely 39 to 42 kilograms.

Every day, the body weight of this type of cow increases by 1 to 1.4 kilograms. The growth process is faster than other types of cows, so that adult limousine cattle can weigh up to one ton.

Limousine was first exported from France in significant quantities in the 1960s and is now spread across around 70 countries.

Physically, a limousine cow has an elongated body with muscular hip contours. The cow also has mixed gold fur scattered all over the lower abdomen, inner thigh, around the eyes, nose, and tail tip.

In addition to the rapid growth of limousine cows also has a different texture of meat.
