JAKARTA - Chairman of the DKI PSI DPW Michael Victor Sianipar said he believed his party could win against a court lawsuit filed by his former cadre, Viani Limardi.
Michael said PSI had strong evidence that Viani had inflated recess funds in the DKI DPRD. This is what made Viani fired from his party.
"The lawsuit has been submitted to the court and our legal team has started to study it. But we are still optimistic because we have strong evidence and it is in accordance with internal party procedures," Michael told reporters, Sunday, October 31.
