TV Actual Content Spreading Hoaxes The Police Chief Inspector General Fadil Imran And The Former Military Commander Dudung Mastermind The KM 50 Case

JAKARTA - The police said that the video content of Aktual TV was provocative. One of them is spreading hoaxes about the Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Fadil Imran and former Pangdam Jaya Lieutenant General Dudung Abdurachman the masterminds behind the KM 50 case.

"Then there is also here (the title of the video) 'It turns out that the twins in this case are Inspector General Dudung and Inspector General Fadil brains instead of KM 50'," said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Hengki Heryadi to reporters, Friday, October 15.

There is also a video entitled POM TNI and Propam sealing the house of Lieutenant General Dudung Abdurachman. Thus, it is strongly suspected that the video content was intended to divide the TNI-Polri.

"This consists of slander, fighting between the TNI and Polri, then provoking it," said Hengki.

In fact, the video content of the Actual TV YouTube channel is considered an act of fighting against each other in the digital era. Therefore, the police stressed that this case was thoroughly investigated.

"This fight against each other is a digital era, it creates security, security, for personal gain. This is a record, we are all concerned," said Hengki.

The police previously arrested Arief Zainurrohman alias AZ, the leader of BSTV Bondowoso. Two other people who were arrested had the initials M and AF. Both are account managers to voice actors in the content on the account.

The suspect was charged with Article 14 paragraph 1 paragraph 2 of the ITE Law, Number 19 of 2016 junto Article 28 of the Law on Criminal Law.
