Presidential Staff Office Launches Bela KSP Application

JAKARTA - The Presidential Chief of Staff, General TNI (Ret.), Moeldoko, inaugurated the launch of a digital application called Home Service (Bela) KSP which is expected to be able to boost work performance in government offices, especially the Presidential Staff Office (KSP).

The Bela KSP application is also predicted to be a mega application for all services that mark the digital transformation in the smart office ecosystem at KSP.

“KSP is a role model for smart government offices for other ministries/agencies. The use of this technology will accelerate and streamline the government's work", said Moeldoko at the launch of the application at the Bina Graha Building, Jakarta, as reported by Antara, Wednesday, October 6.

He hopes that the KSP pilot project will be able to produce a positive response and that service features will be developed in the future.

He also said that this digital transformation is a visionary policy because society needs speed. Therefore, the old ways must be abandoned.

“This is the power that is in front of us. We already have many opportunities to carry out this digital transformation because the government has built a lot of supporting infrastructure,” he continued.

In the future, he also hopes that this digital transformation will be able to monitor all activities in the KSP environment to create a transparent work environment.

The Head of the KSP Secretariat, Yan Adikusuma, said that the Mega Bela KSP application has at least six service features that can be accessed via Android or iOS.

The six features are meeting room reservations, meeting banquet reservations, staff time monitoring, information technology services, data catalogs, and application catalogs.

In addition, this application is also integrated with several ministries/agencies that provide some up-to-date information on various issues.

"Furthermore, we will also add other features, such as financial rights and vehicle maintenance, information about activities, and even light information such as electronic-based trading in the office environment, an invitation to a celebration of an office employee and others", he said.
