BPN Bogor Affirms PT Sentul City Tbk Not Violating Procedures On Land Occupied By Rocky Gerung

JAKARTA - The statement from the Head of the Bogor Regency ATR/BPN Office, Septo Achanto, said that the process of issuing the SHGB (Building Use Rights Certificate) land ownership permit to PT Sentul City Tbk had complied with the rules as if it made Rocky Gerung cornered.

The political observer was increasingly cornered after the Bogor Regency ATR/BPN Office confirmed that there was no violation of procedures for ownership of an 800 square meter land in Bojong Koneng Village, Babakanmadang District, Bogor Regency.

Septo explained that the land ownership permit was originally owned by PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) XI with the status of Cultivation Rights (HGU).

Furthermore, after the permit was released, ATR/BPN was then given to PT Sentul City Tbk and changed to SHGB in 1994.

“At that time, it was by the existing procedures for issuing land ownership permits. I think so", he continued.

Septo reiterated that his party ensures that the entire process of issuing the land ownership permit is by procedures and is not legally flawed.
