MEDAN - You can believe it or not. Residents of Dahari Selebar Village, Talawi District, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra, were shocked by the appearance of a creature similar to a Kuntilanak.

The appearance of the kuntilanak-like creature was caught on a surveillance camera of a shop owned by a resident. The wife of the shop owner, Sylvi Andriani Nasution, then spread the video of the creature's appearance to her Facebook account and it went viral on social media.

The distribution of the video, Sylvi Andirani Nasution, when confirmed, told the chronology of the appearance of the creature. Initially, on Wednesday, July 28 at around 20.00 WIB, she and her husband and children were in her bedroom.

"At that time the sound of the TV was on, I was playing cellphone with my husband and children in the room, the sound was noisy. Suddenly, someone was banging on the door very loudly, there we were confused, how come the pounding was loud," said Sylvi when contacted by VOI, Friday, July 30.

Out of curiosity, she and her husband left the room and peeked out the window. However, she and her husband did not find anyone.

"We didn't have any negative thoughts at that time, coincidentally someone was sick in front of the house. So we went out, I asked my husband's sister, there was a banging on the house? No one said anything, no one else asked," he said.

Furthermore, Sylvi explained that in the early hours of Thursday, July 29, he heard the news that the house of his neighbor who was sick was also banged on by someone else.

"In the morning, the house of the sick father, the window of his son's room was banged on. The older brother said that his hands were pale white. After all, there were also others who were banged on, so that day there were 3 who were banged on," he said.

Then, said Sylvi, along with other residents, he checked through the surveillance camera installed in his shop. Residents, she said, asked her husband to play back the recording at the time of the incident.

"Then the CCTV camera footage showed a figure suspected of resembling a ghost appeared right in front of the door and then disappeared," he explained.
