JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo attended a strategic meeting with Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs Djamari Chaniago and a number of heads of state institutions at the Denma Mabes TNI AL, East Jakarta.

Quoted from an official statement, the National Police stated that the meeting was an opportunity to strengthen communication and strengthen inter-institutional relations in supporting the implementation of each other's duties.

According to the National Police, communication is increasingly needed in the midst of the ever-evolving political and security dynamics and has links to various sectors.

Therefore, coordination between institutions continues to be strengthened so that every potential problem can be anticipated early and handled appropriately according to their respective duties, functions, and authorities.

In addition, for the National Police, synergy with the TNI, ministries, and related institutions is an important part of maintaining public security and order.

The collaboration supports mutual readiness in facing various potential disruptions that can have an impact on national stability and community activities.

The National Police said this social gathering also reflected the solidity of the leaders of the institutions in safeguarding national interests.

With the maintained togetherness and coordination, it is hoped that it can strengthen the safe and conducive situation so that various government agendas, development, and community activities can run well.

The activity was also attended by the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia ST Burhanuddin, TNI Commander General TNI Agus Subiyanto, Head of BIN RI Muhammad Herindra, Deputy Commander of the TNI General TNI Tandyo Budi Revita, Chief of Staff of the Army General TNI Maruli Simanjuntak, Chief of Staff of the Navy Admiral TNI Muhammad Ali, and Chief of Staff of the Air Force Marshal TNI Mohamad Tonny Harjono.
