DKI Police Call Center 1500813 Launched at HBKB, Residents Can Report Accidents to Request Towing Services

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government will launch the DKI Jakarta Transportation Office (Dishub) Call Center 1500813 on the Free Motor Vehicle Day (HBKB) in the HI roundabout area, Sunday, August 9. This service is prepared as an integrated transportation service center that operates 24 hours.

The launch, which carries the theme "One Number, Jakarta Transportation Solution", is scheduled to be officially inaugurated directly by the Governor of DKI Jakarta Pramono Anung. The event will also be attended by the Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Rano Karno and the Secretary of DKI Jakarta Uus Kuswanto, and will be enlivened by the appearance of the D'MASIV music group.

Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Office Budi Awaluddin said that number 1500813 became the only entrance for the public to access services and submit various reports related to transportation.

"Through the 1500813 Call Center, the public can now simply call one number to obtain services and submit various reports related to transportation," said Budi in his statement, Wednesday, August 5.

According to Budi, this service is part of the DKI Government's efforts to build a transportation service system that is more responsive, integrated, and easily accessible to the public.

The 1500813 Call Center will serve various needs, ranging from towing services, emergency driving conditions (emergency), to driving the body.

In addition, residents can also submit complaints related to traffic facilities and infrastructure, including incidents on the road such as traffic accidents, fallen trees, and fires that have an impact on traffic flow.

Budi hopes that the existence of this integrated service center can accelerate the response to traffic disruptions while providing certainty of service for people who need assistance on the road.

"We want to provide faster, easily accessible services, and provide certainty for the community. This is the real manifestation of the spirit of Dishub to be present for Jakarta," he added.
