MATARAM - Deputy Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Sony Sonjaya has confirmed that no internal officials are involved in the case of alleged fraud and/or embezzlement of the practice of buying and selling the location of the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG).

"From several cases handled, thank God there has been no involvement of BGN officials," he said after holding a press conference on the case of alleged fraud and/or embezzlement of the practice of buying and selling SPPG location points at the NTB Police Headquarters, Mataram, Friday, May 29.

Sony Sonjaya conveyed this by looking at the handling of similar cases that occurred in a number of areas, including those revealed in East Lombok Regency.

From the cases revealed on a national scale, Sony Sonjaya revealed that the average victim of this fraud was lured by the modus operandi of the perpetrators who claimed to have a relationship with BGN officials.

In principle, he said, the process of submission by the public to become a BGN partner takes place online, there is no face-to-face with BGN officials.

"Registration is done online (online), the administration is also online, in the field it only meets with field officers who conduct surveys," he said.

He also ensured that there was no withdrawal of fees in the process of verifying the submission by the community as a BGN partner.

The process of registering SPPG, starts from verifying the requirements, including completing the data of the name and administrator of the foundation, NPWP, and NIB.

If you pass the verification, the prospective partner will get a six-digit foundation ID number. After that, you can only apply for the location of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) kitchen.

"So, in the system it has informed when the location point of the kitchen is proposed in the location, the quota is already filled, the system will provide information, and in the system there is a red block writing," he said.

Therefore, Sony Sonjaya emphasized that if the submission account has not been verified, then the prospective partner cannot build an MBG kitchen.

However, he said the submission process was no longer open by the BGN. The online registration is now officially closed.

"So, the partner portal has been closed, and now BGN is validating data (verifying data). Data collection with bottom-up, collected data through the system starting at the village level," said Sony Sonjaya.
