JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has ultimatum to the Head of the Civil and State Administration Section (Kasidatun) of the North Hulu Sungai (HSU) District Prosecutor's Office (Kejari), South Kalimantan, Tri Taruna Fariadi, to immediately surrender.

"It was mentioned that three suspects were arrested, but the one who was shown and then detained by us was only two because the other one is still being searched," Asep said at a press conference at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Saturday, December 20.
"Of course we hope that the person concerned will be cooperative and immediately surrender to follow the next legal process," he continued.
Tri Taruna is a suspect along with Albertinus P. Napitulu who is the Head of the North Hulu Sungai (Kajari) District Attorney's Office (Kajari) and Asis Budianto as the Kasintel of the North Hulu Sungai District Attorney's Office.
Albertinus and his two subordinates are suspected of extortion. He received money through intermediaries, namely Tri Taruna and Asis Budianto while serving with a value of up to Rp804 million.
