"The investigation team is directly led by Aspidsus (Special Criminal Assistant) of the Kaltara Attorney General's Office, Samiaji Zakaria, conducted searches at the three locations," said Andi, Friday, December 19.

He explained that the search was carried out after his party received a search warrant from the Head of the Attorney General's Office (Kajati) of Kaltara.

He explained that from the three locations, the investigation team managed to secure a number of documents and other items that were suspected of being related to the alleged corruption case.
"All documents and evidence that were confiscated were then taken to the Kaltara Attorney General's Office for further investigation by the investigation team for the sake of investigation," he said.
Andi Sugandi explained, this case is related to alleged irregularities in the implementation of the ASITA application development grant expenditure which was allegedly not carried out as it should be and not in accordance with the provisions in the work contract.
"A number of these evidences will be examined by investigators, the Kejati Kaltara is committed to completing this case professionally, transparently, and accountable in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations," he said.
