JAKARTA - The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of the Republic of Indonesia confiscated a number of evidences from the results of drug raids in the Belan Village area, Matraman, East Jakarta.

The count results showed that the total confiscated evidence was 124.39 grams of marijuana and 62.77 grams of crystal methamphetamine from 25 people arrested in Berlan Village, Matraman on Tuesday, November 25.

The 25 people arrested were known to have the initials R, D, I, F, NR, EP, N, A, FF, S, AS, DD, C, B, IS, Z, US, J, SM, ZC, AB, MF, EA, JO and F.

In addition to drugs, the confiscated evidence was money countering machines, 2 safes, 3 digital scales, money worth Rp. 8,230,000, jewelry, 31 mobile phones, 13 CCTV units, 3 air rifles, and 13 sharp weapons.

Director of Psychotropics and Precursor of BNN, Aldrin Hutabarat said, BNN RI will continue to improve similar operations to combat narcotics to vulnerable points in densely populated settlements to be restored.

"The National Narcotics Agency, TNI, and the National Police Headquarters will not stop pursuing and eradicating drug syndicates in this Indonesian republic, until whenever we will pursue them," Aldrin said in his statement, Wednesday, November 26.

The drug village recovery operation followed up from Asta Cita, the seven President, regarding the eradication of drugs.
