Direskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Iman Imanuddin said that Roy Suryo Cs was not detained after undergoing examination at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday, November 13. The three suspects Roy Suryo, Rismon Sianipar and dr Tifa were allowed to return home. Iman said that what made Roy Suryo Cs not detained was because they proposed two experts and three witnesses who were proposed to relieve the suspects.
