It's Amazing That A Woman Is Suspected Of Being A Terror Child, A Resident Of Kebon Jeruk, Riding A Motorbike

JAKARTA - A woman with a mental disorder or ODGJ attempted kidnapping in Gang Malvinas, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.

According to Wiwin (38), a resident of Gang Malvinas, Jalan Kedoya Pesing, RT 03/02, Kebon Jeruk, his 5-year-old son was brought by the perpetrator.

"My five-year-old child was pulled by the alleged perpetrator," said Wiwin, Wednesday, November 5.

Wiwin explained that the woman first came on Friday, October 31, 2025, when conditions were quiet.

"First, come Friday. Friday is quiet on Friday. He said he saw his son sitting here, in front of my house," he said.

Two days later, the woman came back and forced her to enter one of the residents' houses which were empty because they had been left to their hometowns, under the pretext that their child was hidden inside.

"Mr. RT and the residents called, opened the door, it was empty. Because he had another village return. He even called 'meaning that my son was taken home' like that," he said.

At that time, residents released the woman because they thought the perpetrator had a mental disorder and was stressed by looking for a child. However, the woman came back for two consecutive days.

The woman even broke into a grocery shop and tried to pull the shop owner's son, but was immediately reprimanded by the child's parents.

"At first, he shouted because his son was pulled. The mother immediately fled by motorbike towards the highway," said Wiwin.

Then on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at around 17.30 WIB, the woman was desperate to come back again. At that time, he did not come alone, but with a man and a daughter.

"He came with two motorbikes. He rode his son a girl, another motorbike had a boy behind him," he said.

Residents who have recognized the perpetrators are immediately alert and immediately approached when the perpetrator walked in and pulled a child.

However, when residents surrounded the perpetrators, the man who came using another motorbike immediately fled.

"Well, when he was visited, he was searched, it turned out that he brought a bag containing printed photos of so many children, I was afraid of what kind of stress person or kidnapping syndicate?," he said.

Even so, Wiwin and other residents remain suspicious because they feel there is a signs that the perpetrator deliberately behaves like he has a mental disorder.

"Honestly, if I feel like he's just acting, the person he can look at the child, then he just realized that his motorbike didn't do anything. His eyes were normal," he said.

Some residents who were annoyed because their children wanted to be taken away by the perpetrators vented their emotions.

However, other residents tried to calm the situation so as not to judge the perpetrators and suggested that the perpetrators be taken to the West Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters.

"Finally, I'm angry that people are here, I think he's annoyed, he's here again, here again. It's looking for the children to continue to worry, take them to the Resort Police," he said.

Wiwin said the perpetrator had visited the scene 4 times.

"He came his motorbike was blocked in the alley, just keep going along the alley while secretly videoing the houses like that," he added.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the West Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Arfan Sipayung, said the woman suspected of being the perpetrator of the kidnapping had a mental disorder.

"This mother has trauma about her child, mental disorders," he said when confirmed, Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

AKBP Arfan said the girl who had been brought by ODGJ woman had been returned to her house.

Meanwhile, the ODGJ woman was handed over by the police to the Social Service.

"So yesterday we immediately returned the child to his parents, while our mother was handed over to the Social Service," he said.
