"The perpetrator MS admitted that he had consumed methamphetamine," he said.

The perpetrator MS was then sent to a narcotics addict rehabilitation center. Meanwhile, the child of the perpetrator with the initials AS was sent to a social institution belonging to the Social Service. Meanwhile, the case is still being handled by the Tanjung Priok Police.
