JAKARTA - A woman admitted that a Ukrainian citizen (WN) was found at a shop on Jalan Gunung Sahari RT 01/01, West Pademangan Village, Pademangan District, North Jakarta, Monday, October 20, 2025.

The existence of these foreigners is considered by local residents to be quite disturbing. The reason is, he often begs by asking for a quota of cellphones and asking for food from traders in the area.

"He asked for a quote from someone, the information was to call his boy. He didn't know where his boy lived. He called, he waited there. He said he had promised to meet him there in the past, so he waited there again," said Dedi Permana, an LMK officer. RW 01 Pademangan Barat.

Dedi explained that he received information about the whereabouts of the Ukrainian citizen from the West Pademangan RW 01 Linmas officer who often found the woman in his area.

"He has been at the location for a week. Every day he just sits back and forth. The woman admitted to being Ukrainian to Linmas officers, then Linmas officers reported it to me," he said.

The woman, whose identity has not been identified, admitted that she was waiting for her lover, who is a foreign citizen (WNA).

"He is waiting for his boy, a Yemeni or Arab who lives in an inn in the Central Jakarta area. The woman is also good at speaking Indonesian, and English," he said.

When checked by LMK RW 01, Dedi admitted that he had not checked the identity and luggage of the Ukrainian woman. He was reluctant to check because it was not his authority.

"He brought the bundle that was labeled. I haven't checked it, even though people don't suspect in the woman, I plan to report it to related parties," he said.
