JAKARTA - United States (US) President Donald Trump visited Buckinghamshire to meet British Prime Minister (PM) Keir Starmer.
Citing Al Jazeera, Trump arrived at Starmer's residence in Chequers, Buckinghamshire on Thursday, September 18 local time.
On the second day of his visit to Britain, Trump is scheduled with Starmer to discuss trade cooperation and foreign affairs, including policies related to Ukraine and Israel.
On social media X, Starmer, who uploaded a video of Trump's arrival, said this meeting was to create new opportunities such as eliminating unemployment for British economic growth.
"Today is about providing services to the British people. Creating jobs, opportunities and economic growth in every corner of our country," wrote Starmer on X.
Trump received a welcome by the British Royal family the day before in Windsor.
Trump's arrival is part of a previously announced US-UK trade-off process, which US companies will invest in the UK for $200 billion.
However, Trump's refusal to visit the UK came from a number of people in London. They accuse Trump of supporting Israel's genocide efforts in Gaza.
