The Attorney General's Office Transfers 3 Suspects In The Sritex Credit Case To The Surakarta Kejari

Investigators at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General's Office (AGO) have transferred three suspects in the alleged corruption case of giving credit to PT Sritex Tbk to the Surakarta District Attorney (Kejari).

Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) AGO Anang Supriatna said the three suspects were ISL (Iwan Setiawan Lukminto) as President Director of PT Sritex in 2005-2022, DS (Dicky Syahbandinata) as the Head of the Corporate and Commercial Division of PT Bank BJB in 2020, and ZM (Zainuddin Mappa) as the President Director of PT Bank DKI in 2020.

"On Tuesday (16/9), we have handed over the responsibility of the suspect and evidence (phase II) of three suspects to the Public Prosecutor (JPU) at the Surakarta Kejari," said Anang in Jakarta, Wednesday, September 17.

Anang said, in the implementation of phase II, each suspect was accompanied by his family and legal advisers and was cooperative. "The three suspects were also subjected to a health check and have been declared healthy," he added.

The articles suspected of the three suspects are Article 2 paragraph (1) or Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law (UU) Number 31 of 1999 as amended and supplemented by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.

For the next step, the Surakarta Prosecutor's Office team will immediately prepare an indictment for the transfer of the case file to court.

It is known that the AGO has named 12 suspects in the alleged corruption case of lending by PT Bank BJB, PT Bank DKI, and PT Bank Jateng to PT Sritex Tbk and its subsidiary.

The suspects are DS (Dicky Syahbandinata) as the Head of the Corporate and Commercial Division of PT Bank BJB in 2020, ZM (Zainuddin Mappa) as the President Director of PT Bank DKI in 2020, and ISL (Iwan Setiawan Lukminto) as the President Director of PT Sritex in 2005-2022.

Then, AMS (Allan Moran Severino) as Finance Director of PT Sritex for the 2006 period 2023, BFW (Bay Farid Wazadi) as Director of MSME Loans concurrently Director of Bank DKI 20192022, PS (Pramono Sigit) as Director of Operational Technology of Bank DKI 2015 2021, and YR (Yuddy Renaldi) as President Director of Bank BJB 2019 March 2025.

Then, BR (Benny Riswandi) as Senior Executive Vice President of Bank BJB 2019 2023, SP (Supriyatno) as President Director of Bank Jateng 20142023, PJ (Pujiono) as Director of Corporate and Commercial Business at Bank Jateng 2017 2020, SD (Suldianta) as Head of the 2018 2020 Central Java Bank Corporate and Commercial Business Division, and former Deputy President Director of PT Sritex Tbk Iwan Kurniawan Lukminto (IKL).
