PAM Jaya Closes Jatiwaringin-Hek Galian Point, Traffic Back Smoothly

JAKARTA Perumda PAM Jaya closed and readated a number of excavation points for the Buaran Hilir Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) project on the Jatiwaringin 'Hek Kramat Jati section.

Galian had caused traffic to stall. After the closure of the dug hole, the traffic conditions in the area began to gradually return to normal.

President Director of PAM Jaya, Arief Nasrudin, said that his party understood that excavation work had disturbed the comfort of road users. Therefore, the acceleration of completion is carried out without reducing the quality of work.

"We are trying to get work done quickly, maintain quality, and ensure traffic is conducive again. We are committed to providing better piping drinking water services for Jakarta residents," said Arief in his statement, Thursday, August 28.

The points that have been closed and compactified are in front of the Dimsum Bole Kaka Jatiwaringin, in front of the Nurul Ikhsan Mosque (the turn of Pondok Gede Mall), in front of the Indonesian Air Force Construction Unit Office, in front of the Lubang Buaya Monument, in front of the Pegadaian Office (uphill clashes), in front of Halim Dirgantara's entrance access and Hek Kramat Jati's red light.

A number of these locations are now in the stage of monitoring ground conditions. Arief said, this is to ensure the area is completely safe before it is tidied up as before.

On this occasion, Arief appreciated the patience of the residents during the process. "We will continue to do our best so that all work is completed properly, safely, and provides great benefits to the community," he concluded.
