P21 Dossier, Lecturer In NTB Suspect Of Harassment Of Fellow Types Of Victims 22 Students Immediately Tried

NTB - Polda Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) has transferred the case of a lecturer with the initials LRR, a suspect in a case of alleged sexual harassment of the same sex whose victims reached 22 students to the NTB High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati).

"It's true, today we delegated it to the NTB Prosecutor's Office, a suspect in a sexual violence case committed by an educator (lecturer)," said Head of the Sub-Directorate for the Reskrimum Division of the NTB Police AKBP Ni Made Pujawati in Mataram, Thursday, as reported by Antara.

Pujawati explained that this delegation was a follow-up to the results of the prosecutor's research on the case file belonging to LRR which had been declared complete or P-21.

In the case file, he said, investigators have completed a number of pieces of evidence that corroborate the actions of the suspect LRR, which includes statements from three experts from different disciplines, including forensic and language psychology.

Meanwhile, the spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Efrien Saputera, confirmed that his party today received the delegation of the LRR case from police investigators.

"Yes, it is stage two (transmitting the suspect and evidence). The activity took place at the Mataram Kejari and the person concerned (LRR) was detained," said Efrien.

The victims in this case are college students and alumni where the suspect teaches with a total of 22 people.

The suspect's modus operandi of LRR launched his action by recruiting the victims who joined the LRR spiritual association with a holy bath and knowledge transfer.

As a result of this problem, LRR was dismissed as a lecturer on three campuses where the victims were. During the police investigation stage, LRR was detained.
