New Facts Of Brigadier Nurhadi's Death: Bruises On The Face Of Agate Ring Hits

MATARAM - The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police revealed new facts from the reconstruction of the death case of Brigadier Muhammad Nurhadi alias MN which took place today until the evening at a number of locations of cases.

The Director of Special Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimsus) of the NTB Police, Kombes Syarif Hidayat, said the new facts were related to the forensic results related to bruises on the face of the late Brigadier MN with the suspicion of being hit by an agate-edged ring.

"Yes, we have analyzed it. There is one of these suspects who wears a ring," said Syarif as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, August 11.

The owner of the agate-edged ring narrowed to one of the three suspects who had been named by investigators. Syarif emphasized that the suspect who used the agate-edged ring was Ipda Haris.

"The one who has Ipda HC (Ipda Haris)," he said.

The investigator in the active reconstruction involving a team of research prosecutors from the NTB Prosecutor's Office also strengthened Ipda Haris' role from the testimony of martial arts experts regarding the way the late Brigadier MN died.

"So, the way the murder was not strangled, but flanked," he said.

According to expert information at the reconstruction site located at one of Gili Trawangan's inns, namely at Villa Tekek, ensuring that people who can do this have the ability to defend themselves.

Related to this, Syarif said two of the three suspects, namely Ipda Haris and Kompol Yogi, had the ability to defend themselves.

Assistant for General Crimes at the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Irwan Setiawan Wahyuhadi, stated that from the results of this reconstruction, the research prosecutor had received a fairly clear picture.

"This case is getting clearer," said Irwan.

According to him, in this case the act that led to the violation of Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning murder.

However, Irwan confirmed that his party had not been able to conclude early on this issue, but was still waiting for the results of the filing of police investigators.

"The investigators are still investigating, we are waiting for it," he said.

Likewise, forensic information found evidence of bruises on Brigadier Nurhadi's face with marks from the agate-edged ring.

"So, we have asked for the agate ring to be confiscated," he said.

The reconstruction that took place from morning to evening began with the NTB Police Headquarters and continued in the future at Kompol Yogi's house in Jempong Baru, Mataram City.

The next scene moved to Cicak Senggigi Pier, West Lombok Regency. Ipda Haris, Kompol Yogi and the late Brigadier displayed a scene to pick up suspect Misri who had just arrived from Bali using a sea crossing.

Furthermore, the scene continued to one of the supermarkets in Senggigi to pick up witness Putri. After picking up Putri, the four-wheeled vehicle they were traveling in moved to the ferry to Gili Trawangan.

Arriving at Gili Trawangan, they seemed to have booked a hotel room to stay in a separate place in the position of Kompol Yogi paired with Misri at one of the tekek villas.
