KPK Opportunity To Examine BPK Member Ahmadi Noor Supit In The Corruption Case For Procurement Of BJB Ads

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has the opportunity to examine member V of the Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Ahmadi Noor Supit regarding allegations of corruption in the procurement of advertisements at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk or Bank BJB (BJBR).

KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo said the summons of Ahmadi Noor Supit could have been carried out after investigators examined Melly Kartika Adelia as a witness.

Meanwhile, Melly is an expert on Ahmadi Noor Supit. He was supposed to be questioned on Tuesday, August 5 yesterday but was not present.

"Later, of course, from the previous summons, from the witnesses, the statements that have been collected by investigators as well as the information obtained from either the search or monitoring that has been carried out will certainly be analyzed what more information is needed," Budi told reporters quoted on Wednesday, August 6.

Furthermore, Budi said that the summons to the BPK was aimed at investigating whether or not there was an audit that was carried out on Bank BJB. "Later we will see if any engineering is carried out," he said.

Previously reported, the KPK stated that it was ready to develop allegations of corruption in the procurement of advertisements for Bank BJB. Any information obtained by investigators will not hesitate to follow up.

As for this case, the KPK has named five suspects. They are former President Director of Bank BJB Yuddy Renaldi; Bank BJB Corporate Secretary Division Head Widi Hartoto; Agency Controller Antedja Muliatama and Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Kin Asikin Dulmanan; Agency Controller of BSC Advertising and PT Wahana Semesta Bandung Express (WSBE) Suhendrik; and Controlling of PT Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama (CKSB) and PT Cipta Karya Mandiri Bersama (CKMB) Raden Sophan Jaya Kusuma.

This case investigation warrant (sprindik) was issued on February 27, 2025. The actions of the five suspects are suspected of having caused the state to lose up to Rp22 billion.

Currently, the detention has not been carried out on five suspects. However, they have been prevented from traveling abroad for six months and can be extended according to the needs of the investigation.
