West Java PKS Officially Led By Iwan Suryawan, Atang Trisnanto Becomes Secretary

BANDUNG Iwan Suryawan was officially elected as Chairman of the West Java PKS DPW for the period 2025'30. This politician from Bogor who is familiarly called Abah Iwan replaced his previous leadership by bringing the spirit of service and consolidation of cadres.

Iwan was accompanied by Atang Trisnanto as Secretary of the DPW. Both are PKS figures from Bogor City. The structure of the West Java PKS DPW was also filled by Ridwan Solihin (Chairman of MPW), Heri Koswara (MPW Secretary), Siti Muntamah (Beharana DPW), Aang Kuvaini (Chairman of DSW), and Alfan Syafii (DSW Secretary).

In his inaugural speech, Iwan emphasized that PKS will continue to be present to serve the community, not only during elections. He also emphasized the importance of internal consolidation and strengthening of cadres.

As a former deputy chairman of the West Java DPRD and treasurer of the DPW, Iwan is known to have high integrity, a humanist leadership style, and is close to the people. He is also active in going directly to the community and promoting value politics.

Support for Iwan comes from internal parties to the wider community. He is expected to be able to keep the West Java PKS solid, adaptive, and become a political force that is increasingly trusted by the public.

Secretary of the West Java PKS DPW, Atang Trisnanto, said that Abah Iwan's leadership would strengthen the spirit of service and synergy between party structures.

According to him, Iwan is a person who is able to protect and move cadres with exemplary and closeness to grassroots.

"On behalf of the management, we are ready to work with him to ensure that this mandate is fulfilled optimally. PKS West Java will continue to move to serve the community and become a pioneer in creating positive changes," said Atang
