2,000 Official Cadets Become TNI-Polri Officers, Implemented Directly By President Prabowo

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated 2,000 cadets from the academic three TNI dimensions and the National Police cadets became youth officers of the TNI and Polri during the Prasetya Perwira (Praspa) ceremony in the courtyard of the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Wednesday, July 23 morning.

Of the 2,000 teenage officers appointed by President Prabowo today, 827 of them are youth officers of the Indonesian Army, 433 are youth officers of the Indonesian Navy, 293 are youth officers of the Indonesian Air Force, and 447 are youth police officers.

Quoted by ANTARA, from the pulpit of honor, President Prabowo, who for the first time inaugurated the youth officers of the TNI and Polri, pinned a rank to the best graduates who won Adhi Makayasa, then led the oath-taking procession for the youth officers.

The eight winners of Adhi Makayasa whose rank are directly pinned by President Prabowo are Alim Bimo Pratowo (TNI AD), Muh. Afridzal Mukhlis (TNI AD), Menda Putra Duta (TNI AL), Arya Handaru (TNI AL), Evan Basith Reswara (TNI AU), Axel Fahrenza Adiatma (TNI AU), Muh. Malik Aditya K (Polri), and Fathan Putra Rifito (Polri).

Meanwhile, during the oath-taking procession, representatives of officers who stood right in front of President Prabowo, namely Muhazrul Nandar Husyain Nahumarury (TNI AD), Aditya Yuswanto Putra (TNI AL), Sebastianus Prayoga Bimantoro (TNI AU), I Dewa Agung Ayu Alamanda (Polri), and Medi Ananta Putra (TNI AL).

After the oath-taking procession, President Prabowo continued to convey his mandate to 2,000 youth officers of the TNI and Polri. After that, the ceremony ended.

Presiden Prabowo bersama Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming Raka dan sejumlah pejabat negara serta pimpinan TNI dan Polri pun masuk ke dalam Istana Merdeka untuk sesi foto bersama dengan pemenang Adhi Makayasa. Setelah itu, Presiden pun foto bersama perwira dari matra TNI dan Polri.

The series of events at the Merdeka Palace were then closed with chants from officers from each dimension, which began with the Indonesian Army, then the Navy, followed by the Indonesian Air Force, and the National Police. President Prabowo, who witnessed the action of the youth officer's chants, also stood several times and returned the respect given by the youth officers.

After presenting the chant-yel action in front of the President, the teenage officers were then invited to be approached by their family members who had participated in the ceremony procession. Not a few of the teenage officers showed their moved and sad expressions when they were approached by their parents and family members.
