Suspect Of Stabbing Brother Kandung In Cipinang Arrested In Kuningan, West Java, Drug Recidivist

The joint team of Polda Metro Jaya, Polres Metro East Jakarta and Polsek Jatinegara succeeded in arresting the perpetrators of the murder that occurred next to the Kebon Nanas Police Post, Cipinang Besar Selatan Village, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta.

"The perpetrator is known to be Beni, the younger brother of the victim DS alias O," said Jatinegara Police Chief, Commissioner Samsono when confirmed, Sunday, July 20, 2025.

The perpetrator named Beni was arrested in the Kuningan area, West Java, after being on the run after the incident.

"The victim and the perpetrator, both of them are recidivists of drug crimes," he said.

Based on police records, the victim DS alias O was once processed by law at the Jatinegara Police.

"Pelaku pernah diproses hukum di Polres Metro Jakarta Timur terkait tindak pidana narkoba," ucapnya.

Previously, it was reported that a man with the initials DS alias O was found covered in blood in his clothes as a result of being hacked by the perpetrator suspected of being a drug business.

The incident was reported around the Kebon Nanas reservoir, RT 09/06, South Cipinang Besar Village, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta, Friday, July 18, 2025.

According to the information gathered, the sadistic stabbing was motivated by the drug business between the perpetrator and the victim.
