JAKARTA - The Iranian Parliament is considering a Draft Law (RUU) that will suspend its cooperation with the IAEA or the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Iran's Speaker of the Parliament, Mohammad Baqer Qallibaf, said that currently cooperation has been suspended and discussed to continue until Iran has an objective guarantee of IAEA's professional behavior.

"The world clearly sees that the Atomic Energy Agency does not fulfill its obligations and has become a political tool," he added in comments published by state media, Tuesday, June 23, quoted from Al Jazeera.

A few days ago, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman accused IAEA chief Rafael Grossi and his organization of being involved in the conflict that is engulfing his country.

This is based on his assessment of the "bias" IAEA reporting of Iran's nuclear activities used as a "dalih" for Israel to attack.
