Arguing After Having Sex, The Man In The BP4 Gang Killed The Prostitute Whose Body Was Wearing A Helmet

PURWOKERTO - Banyumas Police revealed the identity of a woman who was found dead on the edge of the BP4 Alley, Sokanegara Village, Banyumas Regency, Central Java, and is known as a murder victim.

Banyumas Police Chief Kombes Ari Wibowo said the woman's body, which was found on Monday (2/6), was a victim of a case of alleged child abuse that resulted in the victim's death.

"The victim with the initials FAS alias F alias DS, aged 15 years and 8 months, a resident of Pereng Village, Paguyangan District, Brebes Regency, Central Java," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, June 10.

After the investigation, his party was able to arrest the perpetrator named Kiswanto alias Boing (27), a resident of Lesmana Village, Ajibarang District, Banyumas, on Thursday (5/6) at 22.00 WIB.

Based on the results of the examination, the victim before being found dead was known to have communicated with the perpetrator through an application to date at a rate of Rp. 400 thousand in one of the houses located on Jalan Ahmad Yani, Gang BP4, Sokanegara Village.

The victim who came on Sunday (1/6) at 23.00 WIB was immediately invited to enter one of the rooms in the house guarded by the perpetrator through the back door.

"The perpetrator is a house guard belonging to a local resident," he explained.

After finishing the date, he said, the victim and the perpetrator sat on the bed while talking.

In the conversation, the perpetrator was offended by the words spoken by the victim so that he was emotional.

"The perpetrator then committed acts of violence by strangling the neck and smothering the victim's mouth until he died. Then the perpetrator checked the situation outside the house," he said.

After that, he said, the perpetrator took the victim's body out, then placed it on the edge of the side alley of one of the residents' house which was not far from the crime scene on Monday (2/6) at 03.30 WIB.

The perpetrator also wore the helmet that the victim was wearing when he came to meet him.

According to him, the perpetrator's statement was related to the cause of death of the victim in accordance with the autopsy results carried out at the Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital, Purwokerto.

The suspect charged with Article 76Cjuncto Article 80 Paragraph (3) of Law Number 35 Year 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 Year 2002 concerning Child Protection with a maximum imprisonment of 15 years and/or a maximum fine of IDR 3 billion.
