After Eid Prayers, President Prabowo Distributes Envelopes To Istiqlal's Future Traders

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto distributed envelopes after performing Eid prayers to a number of traders who sell on the side of the road in front of the Istiqlal Mosque, Jakarta, Friday, June 6.

Quoting Antara, from the top of the presidential car, Maung Garuda RI 1, President Prabowo emerged from the sunrooft gap, then greeted the residents who had gathered to call out the name of President Prabowo.

President Prabowo then called several traders, including cold drink traders, then gave the envelope of the holiday allowance (THR) through the hands of Paspampres who were on guard near the presidential car.

The presidential car had stopped for a moment when the moment to distribute the envelope took place.

A group of residents who received envelopes from the President immediately shouted: "Thank you sir!"

When the motorcade of the presidential car passed through the side of the front road of the Istiqlal Mosque, the President got back into the car and continued his journey.

President Prabowo is known to have headed to his private residence on Jalan Kertanegara No. 4, Jakarta, Friday.

Chairman of the MPR RI Ahmad Muzani, when met after the Eid prayer at the Istiqlal Mosque, Friday, plans to meet President Prabowo on Jalan Kertanegara No. 4, South Jakarta.

President Prabowo performed Eid prayers at the Istiqlal Mosque with a number of his ministers, TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto, Navy Chief of Staff (KSAL) Admiral Muhammad Ali, and Head of State Intelligence Agency M. Herindra.

A number of ministers who pray with the President at the Istiqlal Mosque include Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Pratikno, Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian, Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas, and Minister of Culture Fadli Zon.

Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, Chairman of the MPR RI Ahmad Muzani, and Chairman of the DPD RI Sultan Bachtiar Najamudin.
