The Directorate of General Crimes (Dittipidum) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police announced the suspension of detention of four suspects in the alleged forgery of certificates in the Tangerang sea fence area.
The four suspects are the Village Head (Kades) Kohod, Arsin, Village Secretary (Sekdes) Kohod, UK, and SP and CE who act as power recipients.
The Director of General Crimes (Dittipidum) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro explained that the suspension was carried out because their detention period had expired on April 24, 2025 and the case file had not been declared complete by the research prosecutor.
"Investigators will suspend the detention of four suspects because the case file is not complete," said Djuhandhani, Friday (25/4).
