Central Jakarta Prosecutor's Office Searches Offices And Houses Of Suspected Corruption Suspects Of Komdigi PDNS In East Jakarta, Central Jakarta And South Tangerang

The Central Jakarta District Attorney's Special Crimes Investigation Team (Kejari) has carried out a series of searches and confiscation activities in the context of investigating alleged corruption in the Procurement of Goods/Services and Management of the Temporary National Data Center (PDNS) at the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (Komdigi) for the period 2020 to 2024 on Thursday, April 24, evening.

The search was carried out in several places, namely in South Tangerang Regency, Central Jakarta and East Jakarta.

"The search at PT. STM (BDx Data Center), the Office of PT. AL, the Warehouse/ Warehouse of PT. AL, as well as at the house of witnesses suspected of being related to the a quo case," said Head of the Intelligence Section of the Central Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari), Bani Immanuel Ginting to VOI, Friday, April 25, 2025.

Bani further said that the search on Thursday was a follow-up activity of a series of searches that had been carried out by previous investigators.

"Investigators view it is necessary to carry out further raids in order to add evidence to strengthen the results obtained during the investigation," he said.

From the search carried out, investigators have confiscated documents related to the implementation of the Procurement of the Temporary National Data Center (PDNS), and several electronic evidence which will later be used in calculating state losses and evidence at trial.

"During the investigation process, until now, investigators have examined more than 70 witnesses and investigators will continue to carry out additional examinations," he said.

In addition to examining witnesses, investigators have also examined several experts.

Meanwhile, from the results of the ongoing investigation, investigators will immediately determine a suspect in the alleged corruption of PDNS in Komdigi for the period 2020 to 2024.

"Investigators have pocketed several names of potential suspects and will soon be determined and submitted to the public," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the Central Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari Jakpus) conducted a search related to allegations of corruption in the procurement of goods and services for the management of the Temporary National Data Center (PDNS) at the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (Komdigi), 2020 to 2024 on Thursday night, March 13.

The search was carried out in several places in the areas of Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, Bogor, and South Tangerang.

Based on the search, the investigating prosecutor found and confiscated several pieces of evidence such as documents, money, cars, land and buildings as well as electronic evidence, and others suspected of being related to the a quo corruption crime.
