Provincial Government Establishes 55 Command Posts Throughout West Java, Can Be Rest Places For Homecomers

JAKARTA - The Provincial Government (Pemprov) of West Java (Jabar) through the Department of Highways and Spatial Planning (DBMPR), has prepared 55 command posts for the Lebaran 2025 Piket on homecoming and tourism routes throughout West Java to serve the community.

Head of West Java DBMPR, Bambang Tirtoyuliono said, the Lebaran Piket Command Post is not only a comfortable place to rest, but also provides facilities to relax muscles, drink, or just use toilets.

"The long homecoming journey, often makes the body feel tired and tired. For travelers, please stop by the DBMPR Lebaran Piket Command Post," said Bambang in a statement in Bandung, Tuesday, March 25, which was confiscated by Antara.

At the DBMPR Eid Post, travelers can also get important information about homecoming routes, disaster-prone routes, and alternative routes to avoid congestion.

"This information can be obtained through information boards installed at the Command Post or by asking directly to the existing picket officers," said Bambang.

The 55 West Java DBMPR Wibaran Piket Command Posts are located in locations consisting of: UPTD I Bogor Bekasi area: 8 posts, UPTD II Sukabumi area: 9 posts.

Then UPTD III Bandung Garut - Sumedang Purwakarta Subang Karawang : 12 posts, UPTD IV Sumedang Garut area: 11 Command Posts.

Then, UPTD V for the Tasikmalaya Cirebon area Kuningan: 5 posts and at UPTD VI Majalengka area: 10 Command Posts.
